After seeing a call on Instagram, Nathalie decided to sign up for Tuk Make-Over to design Abby's room. Nathalie: "I thought Elina's design was a true Abby room, because it's not too soft and sweet, but rather playful. Playful colors, fun nooks where she can hide (not so well yet, because we always find her right away), read her books, or play with her toys."

We created a growing room for Abby, including a Stribbo single bed. When asked what she likes best about the new room, Nathalie replied: "What we don't like about her room might have been answered more quickly :) The best part is watching Abby grow from toddler to big girl in this room. She's still sleeping in a crib temporarily, but she's already having so much fun in her new bed, playing on it with her brother, or reading books together. We can't wait to see her finally sleep in her big bed as a big girl!"

Nathalie says she was most surprised by the combination of paint colors and wallpaper patterns. "We could see from the swatches that the colors complemented each other, but we still had our doubts, because it might all be too different and daring for us. But once we started wallpapering and painting, we immediately saw that it was truly perfect. A lovely, vibrant room, but not too sweet, for a girl who can be incredibly happy here at 2, but also at 8. I think that was the main reason we were so keen to hire Elina."
