Girls room Juun
Little ones grow up, and they do it incredibly fast :) When Juun is ready for a new room, Michelle and Mark decide to sign up for Tuk Makeover. Together, we'll dream up, design, and create a brand-new room for her.
Cheerful Juun feels right at home in her room with its cozy floral wallpaper, soft purple hues, and subtle color accents. A true dream room!

A new room especially for the littlest of the bunch
After the extensive renovation, from the ground floor to the attic, it was time for a new room for Juun. "I happened to see a call for Tuk Make-Over on Instagram, and Mark and I both said: we're going to do this! Juun is the youngest and often gets things from her brother, sister, or friends. Now it was time for her to get something new, just for her. We really liked Elina's style, so it was actually an easy decision to participate."
Time to create a real 'Juun room'!
Michelle and I worked together on a design for the room. According to Michelle, the final result is a perfect fit for her daughter:
It's a cool room, with sweet, soft elements, and I think that's exactly what Juun is like. Juun, the youngest of the bunch, is a little go-getter. She's very active and does everything her older brother and sister do. Think: trampoline jumping, cycling, scootering, climbing, and clambering. Juuntie will be two in September, but looking at everything she can do, you'd easily think she's already three. Juun loves taking a shower; it's so relaxing. She also enjoys dancing or reading a book. Even though she's still quite small, she can easily sleep in her big bed. The bed is incredibly cool and beautifully made of wood... and the canopy and bedding we received make it even more adorable. Just like Juun, actually! She's tough in her behavior, but with her curly hair, she's also adorable!
Unexpected combinations that match perfectly
What surprised Michelle and Mark about the design of Juun's room is that there are things in the room that they themselves would not have dared to combine.
Like floral wallpaper with a striped duvet, a striped canopy, and a star-studded sheet. But everything looks so fantastic together, and that's so cool! Juuntje's room is one of our favorite, coziest rooms in our house. We're pleasantly surprised with the result and would definitely participate in Tuk Make-Over again. We've even half-heartedly signed up for Fie and Pux's rooms in the attic! It was so nice to get a plan for a room, execute it, and feel the atmosphere building. Even though it took some serious work to finish the room, Juun's room turned out FANTASTIC!
